Satisfaction Charters is a small, owner-operated fishing charter in Islamorada, Florida. This page explains what information we get from you and what we do with it. The short version: we only use it to answer your questions and book your trip.

What we collect

This website has no forms, accounts or online booking, so it doesn't collect personal information from you. The only information we get is what you choose to share when you call, text or email Captain Brian.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, plan and confirm your charter, and contact you about your trip (for example, a weather change). We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't send marketing lists to anyone.

Payments

Deposits and balances are taken by credit card over the phone. Card numbers are never entered on or stored by this website.

Services this site uses

The website is hosted by Netlify, which may log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

Videos on the creator charters page come from YouTube. Until you click play, only the preview image is loaded (from YouTube's image server). When you press play, the video loads in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us at any time. Just reach out using the contact details below.

Children

Kids are welcome on the boat, but this website isn't meant for children to use on their own, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
